Soy source



  1. Peer and cut a radish in rectangles about 1.5cm thickness.
  2. Cut a squid in suitable size
  3. Mix seasoning 1, and boil radish and squid in it with weak heat.
  4. After the radish becomes soft, add soy source and stop heating, cool it down.
  5. Heat up again just before you eat it.
