Baked salmon in foil / 鮭のホイル焼き

 

Salmon is the popular fish which is eaten in Japan as well as many EU country.

I introduce super easy recipe of Salmon here.

The name is Sake foil yaki and it just means baked salmon in foil.

Cut ingredients, roll it with foil, bake it in oven, nothing else.

You can choose any ingredients with it. I will introduce Japanese standard recipe here.

 

Ingredients

 

Salmon filet

Carrot

Onion

Mushroom (Shimeji or Enoki recommended)

Butter

Spring onion

Lemon

Salt – 1 spoon

Soy source or Ponzu or Lemon

Method

 

  1. Slice salmon filet in suitable size.
  2. Slice other ingredients , Carrot must be very thin slice.
  3. Put everything on the foil and butter on the top.
  4. Roll it with foil and bake it in the oven for 20 minutes with 200 ℃.

5.Remove foil and put some spring onion on it squeeze lemon and pour source.

6.Enjoy!
